First time a Malayali Assn. in the world  celebrating Onam in a Mental Hospital by giving Onam feast to the inpatients numbering approx.3000 at Kilpauk Mental Health Instt., Medavakkam Tank Road,  Chennai 600010, India.   HAPPY ONAM  BY GIVING HAPPINESS TO OUR SICK  BROTHERNS    or   / THE BROTHERNS, RECOVERED FROM SICK BUT UNLUCKY TO REMAIN IN THE SICK WARDS.   This great onam celebrations arranged by our Perambur branch of Madras Kerala Samaj which will be inaugurated by the Hon.Mayor of Chennai Corporation, Thiru.Ma.Subramani on 14.9.08 at 11am.  Perambur Secy.Mr.P.Sudhakaran, Chairman Sri.V.Sivasankaran, President Mr.P.Parameswaran,  Treasurer Mr.Nirmalkumar, will lead the programmes with the assistanace of Madras Kerala Samaj Central Office.
